Established in 1992, Wuxi City Tongda Roller Co., Ltd. (Wuxi Tongda Roller Factory) is a professional manufacturer of cylindrical rollers of bearing, rollers & pins of bearing series III for cars, and needle roller bearings for motorcycles.

We own 3 production lines imported from German INA Co., and over 100 sets of special domestic equipment, together with capital assets of more than USD2,466,000. We have 400 workers and 30 staff of technical quality management, with above intermediate professional title. Our annual output of needle rollers is 500 million and rollers of 50 million.

The enterprise focuses on input of technology and development and application of new technology, employing several excellent professional experts & senior engineers for firm basis of special equipment development, quality management and precise measurement. Meanwhile, it provides more opportunities for talents training and capability utilization.

During the past several years, Tongda has concentrated on R&D of high-precise turbine error detector of cylindrical roller type TDW-135, designed sorter of high-precision roller & needle roller type TDF-310, and high-precision super exactitude machine of roller & needle roller type 3MZ6215, whose precision index of main technology reaches internationally advanced level with technical advantages. They are also successfully applied to live production of vehicle bearing rollers and motorcycle bearing needle rollers, which make product quality steadier for further development of company with innovation and advancement.

Besides, the company has completed development of assembly design software and manufacturing technology for overall crowned super precision roller, relieved end roller, needle roller and variant-curvature crowned super precision roller (logarithm curved super precision roller) to ensure the lifespan of products, and to decrease vibrancy and noise of products by times. The products facilitate bearing rollers for car manufacturers, such as Shanghai Volkswagen, Audi, Buick, Citroen, and Isuzu.

We also produce the bearing needle rollers for motorcycle manufacturers,The company also matches military roller for military industrial companies and receives credit standing of quality and supply.

Except for equipment match of domestic bearing manufacturers, the company serves foreign manufacturers as well, establishing good domestic and international supply chain upon exports to abroad, such as India, Japan, Australia and Italy.
